With a strong focus on ethically sourced ingredients, PM24’s fare is removed from traditional rich French cooking. Philippe’s cuisine will always be true to his heritage but in a healthier, less fussy way for contemporary palates.

The rotisserie features prominently, drawing out flavour from chicken, lamb, suckling pig and other seasonal treats. Country pate with onion jam, Burgundy style snails and our shellfish Fruits de Mer platter are classic favourites updated with Philippe’s flair.
